This 2021 Cab Franc displays an intriguing balance of dark and red fruit aromas. Blueberry jam, plums, and notes of Bing cherry. Aromas evolve leading to complex notes of a Eucalyptus, and Bramble berry. The full-bodied palate offers generous flavors of smoked dates, seared leather interwoven with subtle hints of roasted savory herbs and graphite.
